Behind Syd’s is owner Megan Gunter, a Colorado-based operator with years of experience running restaurants, food trucks, and golf course concessions across the Front Range. She built her career from the ground up, learning every part of the business firsthand and developing a reputation for creating concepts that are both approachable and consistent.
Syd’s on the Green is a fresh start and a personal one. After years of building and operating multiple concepts, Megan wanted to create something that felt more grounded. A place that reflects how people actually want to eat and spend time. Good food, a welcoming environment, and a space that works just as well for a quick stop as it does for a long, relaxed meal.
